How I Work
1
Healthy Eating
What we eat and drink is the basis of our physical and mental health, but many of us have fallen into a pattern of using stimulants and comfort food to give us artificial energy boosts and to soothe worry and stress.
The blood sugar balancing approach to eating maintains steady energy throughout the day and avoids blood sugar slumps that cause unhealthy cravings.

As a coach, I work with you to apply this simple approach to your eating habits, taking account of your lifestyle and dietary preferences – ensuring your food is nutritious and delicious.
2
Coaching
I use the key coaching skills of listening, support, challenge and accountability, alongside specialist knowledge, to help you implement changes that suit your lifestyle.

Coaching provides a safe, nurturing space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings about your health and lifestyle while keeping you moving forward with practical actions each week that get you closer to your goal.

It's important to me to allow ample time for you to reflect on your current situation and then, as we move through the session, we explore solutions and set actions that fit in to your week ahead.
3
Mindfulness
Mindfulness allows us to bring awareness to unhealthy behaviours, so we can tackle them head-on. Once you begin to understand why you engage in behaviours you don’t want to, you create an environment for lasting change.

I see change as a lifelong journey, so we explore a daily mindfulness practice and routine that will help you reflect on your progress, set intentions for the day and deal with to-do lists.
Through the programme, you will become more aware of any limiting beliefs and barriers that are holding you back and set strategies to overcome them.
